About Me
I have been working in the CAD field for many years now. I started out with Solidworks and Rhino but made the move to Alibre Design in 2010. I am also a qualified toolmaker with many years hands-on experience both on the bench and with cnc machines/programs.
I did my apprenticeship at Hella KG in Paderborn, Germany. Upon completion I worked as a toolmaker in Germany, England and South Africa. I also have an N3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
My CAD work is predominantly conceptual/product design and injection/blow mould design, the bulk of which can not be showcased here for reasons of client confidentiality. As of 2012 I also provide FE analysis as a service.
I am married with 3 children. My hobbies included hiking, camping, computers and just about anything to do with cars.
I am a Christian.
